Listened to the broadcast of "The Creation" several times and still cannot get enough of it. Your Uriel has a solemn and exquisite tone. J'envie le public finlandais de pouvoir assister à Pelléas... Peut-on espérer une reprise en France ?
Lors de votre concert à Paris en février, nous avons parlé rapidement de Vigilia de Rautavaara. J'ai fait découvrir cette oeuvre magnifique à ma directrice de choeur. Elle a été enthousiasmée par les solistes, bien sûr, mais aussi par le choeur d'une unité incroyable... Pauvre petit choeur amateur (même avec une chef professionnelle, élève de Pierre Cao) nous en sommes loin.
J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de vous voir sur scène deux fois, dans la Flute enchantée en décembre 2011, à l'opéra Bastille en février 2012, on dit en France jamais deux sans trois, j'espère donc qu'une troisième fois va arriver.
Je vous souhaite un immense succès avec Pelléas.
En attendant, heureusement, il y a les CD, les DVD...
